Headstand/Tripod work –

With a partner or partners, work on getting into the tripod position with knees on elbows, then work on getting legs extended. Partners will spot.

Handstand work –

With a partner, get into a handstand against the wall. Then have partner spot while you work on bringing feet off the wall into a free-standing handstand.

20s Hollow Body Hold

20s Superman hold

20s Hold top of ring dip

20s hold bottom of ring dip

10s transition time between stations.
