15 Ball Slams, 20

50m Sled Drag, 135/90

100m Run With Slam Ball, 20

*Teams of 4

Partner 1 performs overhead walk

Partner 2 performs ball slams

Partner 3 performs sled drag

Partner 4 performs run

Each person then performs the next movement in line
