Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 Rounds

20 Plate Jumps, 25lb plate

15 Abmat Situps

10 Box Jump Overs, 24/20

Rest 2 min

*These Should be a sprint to finish each round

*Plate jumps start with the feet slightly behind the plate and to the sides. You jump with both feet to the plate then right back off. You do not have to stand tall.

*Box jumps overs: Jump to the top of the box then down. You may step down for Rx, but you have to jump up. Both feet must touch the top of the box, but you do not have to fully extend.
