With a partner, complete as many reps as possible.

Run 400 meter

Pull-ups

Run 400 meter

Box Jumps, 24/20

Run 400 meter

Burpees

Run 400 meter

Wallballs, 20/14

While one partner is running, the other will perform as many reps as possible of the other exercise until they return. At this point the athletes will switch. Then the same with the next exercises and so-on.
