70 Russian KB Swings (53/35)

60 OH plate alternating lunges (in place with plate; R=1, L=1) 45/25

50 Russian Twists (45/25)

40 Air Squats

30 Box Jumps 24″/20″

20 Push ups

10 Strict Pull-ups

*40 minute time cap

*Divide reps as needed

*Only one partner works at a time
