5 Burpee Box Jump, 24/20

10 Kettlebell Swing, 53/35

15 Abmat Sit-Ups

Bicep Curl (5-5-5-5-5)

Perform movement standing. Full extend arms at bottom. Do not use body momentum to curl.
Superset with bench using a barbell
