Teams of 3

15 min AMRAP

6 Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35

6 Burpee Box Jump/Step Overs, 24/20

Rest 5 min then:

15 min AMRAP

10 Pull-Ups

10 Goblet Squat with Dumbbell, 50/35

*For both AMRAPs, team members will cycle through full rounds one at a time, with only one member working at any one time. The goal is to move as fast as possible.
No dropping dumbbells from overhead.
