6 Tire Flips

8 In and Out Tire Jumps

10 Alt. DB Snatch, 50/35
Relay Style

One person completes one full round, then the next person goes until everyone has completed 7 full rounds.

If tire is too heavy for any individual, you can get help from one of your teammates.
