Interval Running

1:00 Run/1:00 Rest

2:00 Run/1:30 Rest

3:00 Run/2:00 Rest

2:00 Run/1:30 Rest

1:00 Run/1:00 Rest
On outside circle track will be cones with 50m intervals. You will run as far as you can for the alloted time and rest in the spot you stopped when that time is complete. Continue this for the entire workout keeping track of how many laps you complete. Score will be distance traveled through entire workout.
