Minute 6:00-8:00: 100 meter run – remaining time max sit-ups

Minute 8:00-10:00: 100 meter run – remaining time max thrusters 95/65

Minute 10:00-12:00: 100 meter run – remaining time max sit-ups

Minute 12:00-14:00: 100 meter run – remaining time max thrusters 95/65

Minute 14:00-16:00: 100 meter run – remaining time max sit-ups

Score it TOTAL thrusters and sit-ups completed
