Row – 600m-500m-400m-300m-200m-100m
Front Squat (135/95)- 25-30-35-40-45-50
Split the work however you want between the 3 teammates, but you cannot begin FS until the row is complete.
As soon as you complete the work above, note the time and go right into a 2min AMRAP of C2B Pull-ups.
