Handstand Walking- Spend 20 minutes getting upside down

1) HS Walk around a box

2) Shoulder taps – handstand facing wall or from a box

3) Partner or group assisted HS Walking

4) Unassisted HS Walking

Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
