If you did Cindy yesterday, this may not be as heavy as your last 3RM- that’s okay. You can treat it as a moderate to semi-heavy weight.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Tabata 1 –

Rounds 1,3,5,& 7 – Box Jumps (20/14)

Rounds 2,4,6,& 8 – KBS (53/35)

20s of work, 10s of rest for 8 rounds.

Rest 1 Minute between Tabata 1 and Tabata 2

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Tabata 2-

Rounds 1,3,5,& 7 – Double Unders

Rounds 2,4,6,& 8 – AbMat Sit-ups

Single Unders still count as 1 rep, but not RX
