Tabata 2: Lunges (in place and alternating) (R =1, L=1)

Tabata 3: Handstand Wall Walks

Tabata 4: Tuck jumps (Hold your hands at waist level and hit your knees to your hands)

*Score is total reps of each tabata combined

*1 minute rest between tabatas
