On a 24 minute clock, for max reps each round:

From 0:00 – 4:00, run 200 meters together, then do pull-ups with one person working at a time.

REST 1:00 MINUTE

From 5:00-9:00, run 200 meters together, then do abmat situps with one person working at a time.

REST 1:00 MINUTE

From 10:00 – 14:00, run 200 meters together, then do clean and jerks with one person working at a time (155/105).

REST 1:00 MINUTE

From 15:00-19:00, run 200 meters together, then do hand release pushups.

REST 1:00 minute

From 20:00-24:00, run 200 meters together, then do burpees together hi-fiving each other with both hands for the jump. 🙂
