Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In the style of ‘Fight Gone Bad’, perform the following movements for total reps-

3 Rounds – 1 Minute at each movement

Med Ball OH Lunge (20/14) (in place)

KB Sumo DL High Pull (70/53)

Med Ball Clean (20/14)

Russian KBS (70/53)

Hollow Body Hold

—- Rest 1 Minute between Rounds—-

For the Hollow Body Holds, each 5 seconds = 1 Rep, so if you held the position for the full minute your score would be 12 reps
