Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:

10 Abmat Situps

9 Air Squats (if questionable depth, use target)

8 Push-ups

7 Deadlifts (135/95)

6 Pull-ups

5 Burpees

4 Toes 2 Bar

3 Squat Cleans (135/95)

2 Front Squats(135/95)

1 Split Jerk (135/95)
Must use same weight for all barbell movements
