10 single arm DB thrusters (5 each arm then switch), 50/35
20 walking lunge steps
40 flutter kicks
*40 min Time Cap
Can switch as needed. Partner coming off rower can pick up right where other partner left off.
Every full round a team finishes will equal 30 seconds off of your row time.
