Metcon (No Measure)

800 Meter Time Trials

Every athlete will complete the following workout on a continuous running clock:

1 x 800 meter run (2 loops)

4 minute rest

2 x 400 meter run (1 loop)

2 minute rest between each

4 x 200 meter run (down & back)

1 minute rest between

The goal is to see which 800 meter set is faster. Therefore, there will be 4 scores:

1.) time to run 800 meters

2.) time to run 2, 400 meters

3.) time to run 4, 200 meters

4.) total time to do the entire workout

For the first 800 meter run everyone will start at the same time and from there keep up with their on start times and rest. At the end of the class, the math can be done to determine which 800 meter set us faster.
