Get a Grip!!!

With a partner complete the following:

100 thrusters 95/65

140/100 cal row (m-m/f-f, 120 cal row m-f)

While one partner is working the other partner is holding a KB 53/35.
*The bottom of the KB MUST be facing the ground and not in contact with the body.

*If KB is set down, a 5 rep penalty will be added to the movement they are on.

*KB cannot be set down during transitions from working partner and partner holding the KB. Must be handed off.

*If you are using a different KB than your partner, partner holding must wait to set it down before other partner picks his/hers up.

*Can hold with one or both hands.
