18 Power Cleans (95/65) RX+(115/85)

24/20 cal Row ** RX+ 24/20 cals on Assault Bike**

One person works, one rests. Divide reps evenly.

** If team is mixed gender, Male will row/bike 12 Cals, Female will row/bike 10 Cals for 22 total.
