rest interval: 1 minute

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 3 Complete as many rounds + reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 air cals

15 wall balls 20/14

15 double unders

*increase each round by 15 reps
One person works at a time split reps as needed
