7 sit-ups

7 Squats

15 minute time cap. Add 1 second for each rep not completed.

If you plan on attempting Murph with a vest, you may consider using this WOD as a test. If you do use a vest, select RX+ on your score.

Dumbbell Bench Press (7-7-7-5-5)

Extra Credit. Priority today is to the Metcon, this is bonus for those who want to do it.
