Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Minute Partner AMRAP:

DB Complex (50/35 in each hand)

2 DB Rows (each arm, from plank position)

4 push ups (hands on DBs)

6 DB Clean and Jerk

1 Person works, 1 person rests. Switch after each round.
After workout, do ROMWOD. Coach’s choice with input from the class.
