80m Walking Lunge (40m down, 40 m back)

50 DUs

25 Russian KBS (70/53)

2:1 singles, or max 60 seconds of DU attmepts

*walking lunges will be in the parking lot, plan on wearing knee sleeves for protection. If you do not have any, you do not have to touch your knee to the ground for the lunge to count (within reason). You need to come through full extension at the top of each lunge, and not shuffle step between lunge steps.
