After General warmup, spend time doing mobility for Front rack position (Triceps, Lats, Wrists) and squating (hips and ankles).
Front Squat (5-5-3-3-2)
This is Warm-up for the 1RM Front squat (don’t log anything here).
After Warm-up, first set of 5 should be no more than 70% previous 1RM, then start building up from there.
