From 0-8 Minutes

Buy-in – Run 800m, then

AMReps Pull-ups

From 8-14 minutes

Buy-in – Run 400m, then

AMReps Air Squats

From 14-18 minutes

Buy-in – Run 200m, then

AMReps AbMat Sit-ups

You will record the total reps for each AMREP
