Row, 2000/1600m (switch every 500/400m)

100 Push Press (95/65)

100 Front Rack Lunge (95/65)

100 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

100 KB Sumo DL High Pull (70/53)

Split everything (except the row) as desired.

M/F teams will row 1800m 2-500m for the male, 2-400m for the female.
