With a partner

For Time:

20 Front rack lunge (115/75)

40 Push-ups

60 Box Jumps (24/20)

80 DUs (each)

60 Box Jumps (24/20)

40 Push-ups

20 Front rack lunge (115/75)

Only one person can work at a time.

Both people must do all 80 DUs, but divide reps evenly on all other movements.
