Accessory Programming

This is not your typical accessory programming.  This is a three day/week plan each month to make the most out of that extra 5-10 minutes you have at the gym.  The exercises will be the same for the entire month then change the next month.  They will focus on strength and mobility.  Nothing complicated, just movements you may not due on a regular basis.  The goal is to take the thought process out and know exactly what you need to do so that no time is wasted.
